Yes. Every shipment includes a certificate of compliance, test reports, and a declaration of conformity. We also retain batch records for five years in case your facility needs retroactive documentation.
The AeroSafe EX-2000 is certified for Class I Division 1 and Zone 1 environments. It uses a spark-resistant aluminum impeller and a sealed NEMA 7 enclosure. For other models, check the product specifications or contact us for a site assessment.
It depends on the contaminant. For general particulate, MERV 13 is common. For hazardous dusts or bioaerosols, we recommend HEPA H14. Our VentPro HEPA-500 uses a true H14 filter capturing 99.995% of particles down to 0.3 microns. We can help you select the right grade based on your air quality data.
Standard units ship within 5–10 business days. Custom configurations (ductwork, special coatings, non‑standard voltages) typically take 3–5 weeks. We provide a firm delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
We do. A technician can visit your facility to verify installation, test airflow, and train your maintenance team. This service is available across Canada and can be bundled with your equipment order.
